Safety is primarily related to how people operate the vehicles. Speed limit on the National Forest is 20 miles per hour. Our vehicles, helmets, and eye protection make your adventure safer. In order to qualify for Group Support you must be renting 5+ vehicles and call our store to book. There is a required gratuity of 10%, but we recommend 20%.

Deposit: 50% down, full payment 2 weeks prior to booking

Cancelation: Refund will be provided if the group's booking is canceled 3 weeks or more before the booking date.

Group Coordination: 1-2 coordinators per group

Gratuity: 10% minimum is required, 20% is recommended

Arrival Time: 1 hour before start time. At the arrival time participants will select their helmets, goggles, sign waivers, listen to instructions, and use the facilities. Ride time will start promptly at the rental time. Participants who arrive late will not be able to join the group.

Waivers: All participants must complete a waiver and watch safety video at least 1 day prior to the adventure.

Transportation: Groups must provide their own transportation to the start location.

Polaris Off-Road Vehicle (UTV)

Driver must have a valid Driver's License

Generals & RZR (2 & 4 Seat): 21+ to Rent & 18+ to Drive

If the driver is 18-20 must be accompanied by a 21+.

Ranger (6 seat): 25+ to Rent & Drive

All Passengers must be 4+ years of age

Polaris Slingshot

Driver of Slingshot must be 25 years of age and possess a valid driver's license

Passengers must be a minimum of 7 years of age, subject to GOA staff

We refuse service to anyone under the influence of Drugs/Alcohol prior to or during any activity with Great Outdoors Adventures and in turn you immediately forfeit payments. A healthy fitness level is recommended to participate safely.

If you opt-in to receive our Group Support, then YES! There is an opportunity to do 50% down and complete the full payment 2 weeks prior to the booking.

We will hold your security deposit the day before your adventure and it's released after we get to inspect all the vehicles.
